TECHNICAL BITS:
DBM Rules V 3.1 will be used. NOTE: All rules will apply including Time of Day and all Weather. All ally rules will apply with no special rules.
Armies - Each team of two players will play with one 500 AP army chosen from one main list. One player will play the C-in-C and his command, the other team member must play at least one command. Other commands may be distributed however the team desires. All the notes at the front of the lists apply.
Terrain - Terrain features, hills, woods, BUAs etc are to be provided by competitors. Tables will be plain board, so please bring a suitable cloth.
ARMY LISTS:
Army lists to Richard Bodley Scott by 6th January 2008. Lists must allocate all non-baggage elements to commands. They must specify numbers of element equivalents and demoralisation levels for each command and for the whole army. A year (and, if relevant, general or geographical region) must be specified. All troops chosen must be allowed by the relevant lists at that date. The umpire's decision will be final as to the legality of players' choices.
